My kits include instructions, needed fabric background, added parts such as beads, but NO thread. Free shipping is included in the US ONLY. I no longer plan to ship to other countries since the postage costs are often much more than the price of the design. For US shipping I will use first class mail or Media Mail. It is slower, but much less expensive than Priority mail.
For those of you in other countries, and also any in the US who wish to have the design at a lower price, I sell most of my designs as PDF files. They include the patterns and instructions are are emailed to you. If you must have a physical kit or book, please contact me and I will check on the best shipping charges to add.
